The Lucky Leprechaun By Robert & Ethan D. Vasvary

“Hi, my name is Murphy and I am a Leprechaun. Boy do I have a story for you. I am so lucky. Why do you ask? Because I have a new friend, Lucy. She is my best friend and she is the tooth fairy”.

We met while I was in little Billy’s room checking like I always do on my kids, the one’s that believe in me. Of course Billy had left his penny in his treasure chest for me in case I ever needed to put in my pot of gold. You know, the one at the end of the rainbow.

That night was when I met Lucy, I was on the shelf opening the treasure chest to see my penny when I heard wings fluttering across the room. Then I saw this cute little girl fly onto Billy’s pillow. She had a quarter and it was heavy because she was small.

Billy was snoring and she landed on the pillow by his ear and tickled it with her wings. That was enough to make Billy rollover and she almost fell off the bed.

That is when I magically appeared across the room beside her and stopped her from falling off the bed.

“Whew, that was close”, said Lucy. Thanks for catching me. “Who are you?”

“Why I am Murphy, the Leprechaun. It is a pleasure to meet you! What are you doing?”

Lucy replied, Oh Hi I am the tooth fairy and I am bringing money for little Billy’s tooth
